Even if you don’t suffer from anxiety, you’ve likely felt a little anxious over the last few months. True anxiety isn’t something that just goes away, you have to work your way through it.
For me, I start by taking slow, deep breaths. Then, I pull out a 3×5 card with scripture and focus on that scripture for several minutes. Focusing on something other than the anxiety helps calm everything down. Just remember, you’re not alone.
